Information We Collect
We collect account details you provide when creating a workspace, billing metadata needed to manage subscriptions, and chatbot data such as uploaded knowledge sources, chat transcripts, and support handoff activity.
This page explains, in plain language, how BotSaaS handles account information, chatbot knowledge, and conversation data. It is a product-ready starter policy and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production launch.

We collect account details you provide when creating a workspace, billing metadata needed to manage subscriptions, and chatbot data such as uploaded knowledge sources, chat transcripts, and support handoff activity.
We use your information to deliver the BotSaaS platform, power chatbot responses, provide human handoff workflows, measure usage, secure the service, and improve product performance.
Workspace data is intended to remain isolated per tenant. Chatbot knowledge, sessions, and support inbox activity are scoped to the owning workspace and chatbot configuration.
The platform may rely on infrastructure and AI providers such as Supabase, OpenRouter, and payment processors to store data, process requests, and manage subscriptions in accordance with their own terms.
We retain customer data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal requirements unless a shorter retention window is agreed.
Workspace owners can request updates or deletion of account-level information and may remove chatbot knowledge sources or conversation data from the dashboard, subject to system and compliance constraints.
