Terms for Using BotSaaS
These terms describe the basic rules for using the BotSaaS platform. This is a polished starter document for the product and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.

Accounts and Workspace Responsibility
Workspace owners are responsible for safeguarding account access, managing team permissions, and ensuring that invited members use the platform in compliance with internal policy and applicable law.
AI Output and Human Review
AI-generated responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for deciding when human review, escalation, or operational safeguards are required for your use case.
Payments and Billing
Paid plans renew according to the subscription terms presented at checkout unless canceled. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or an applicable commercial agreement.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to store unlawful content, violate privacy rights, abuse third-party systems, or generate harmful or deceptive chatbot experiences. We may suspend accounts that create security, safety, or compliance risks.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BotSaaS is provided on an as-is basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, and liability is limited as described in your governing agreement.
